Many of you grew up hearing people around you pleading the blood of Jesus.

Maybe this happened during a prayer for protection or even physical healing.

As a lover of old hymns, when I think about the blood of Jesus, I instantly start hearing this sweet song:

What can wash away my sins? 
Nothing but the blood of Jesus.
What can make me whole again?
Nothing but the blood of Jesus.

Beloved Sister, it was the shedding of this blood that changed our trajectory. Because of the sinless blood of Christ and His sacrifice for you and I and ALL mankind, we have a tremendous hope.

Sin doesn’t grip us anymore and through His spilling of His blood in our place, we ARE HEALED. Not only from physical ailments, but from mental anguish, oppression, distress and every other creeping emotional and mental sentence.
